Remember, be creative but sensible!

The best suggested name for all three characters will be announced on the 16th of November 2020, with the prize being sent out to the winner shortly after.

MyPostShop – Social Media Giveaway – Terms & Conditions of Entry

  1. "My Post Shop" means (and is the trading and operating name of) VOW RETAIL LIMITED company registered in England and Wales under company number 05383376 and whose registered office is at 1st Floor 1 Europa Drive, Sheffield, England, S9 1XT. "Giveaway" means the giveaway of 1 K-Fee Waves Drinks Capsule Machine as described and as set out in these terms and conditions of entry. "Terms and Conditions" means these terms and conditions of entry.
  2. By entering into the Giveaway, all entrants accept and shall be bound by and will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions issued by or on behalf of My Post Shop (via its website or otherwise) shall form part of these Terms and Conditions.
  3. This Giveaway shall be open to online Facebook users from the UK mainland. This Giveaway is not open or available to residents of Northern Ireland and nor is it open to employees or family members of any employee of My Post Shop or any person employed by My Post Shop or any person employed by any supplier to My Post Shop.
  4. There is a restriction of one entry only per household / address into the Giveaway, any duplicate entries will not be included.
  5. There is ONE (1) K-Fee Waves Drinks Capsule Machine available to be won by ONE (1) lucky recipient.
  6. To qualify, you must 'like' the My Post Shop 'Post; and leave a comment in the featured post.
  7. Qualifying dates and times are as follows:
    • Monday, 2nd November – Sunday, 15th November 2020 (until midnight)
  8. One (1) winner will be drawn on behalf of My Post Shop under independent supervision from all valid entries received.
  9. The giveaway will be drawn on the morning of the 16th of November (Monday)
  10. The K-Fee Waves Drinks Capsule Machine is not for resale and there is no cash alternative. In addition, this Giveaway promotion is not usable in conjunction with any other offer or discount code.
  11. The winner shall receive a dispatch email K-Fee Waves Drinks Capsule Machine within seventy two (72) hours of the announcement of the My Post Shop draw.
  12. The K-Fee Waves Drinks Capsule Machine shall be labelled with all legally required notifications.
  13. My Post Shop accepts no liability for any loss of entries caused by a technical fault.
  14. My Post Shop and its suppliers are not liable and shall not be liable for any change, compensation, cancellation, loss, damage, expense or failure to perform which is due to any event or circumstances which My Post Shop (or its suppliers) could not foresee or avoid, or which is caused by or arises as a result of any act or omission by any other party.
  15. Any tax liability arising from the prizes or rewards will be the responsibility of the recipient.

  19. This Giveaway is governed by English law.
